About Camp Summer

Children are given a special treat when they board the train for a ride around the property or take a turn jumping in the moon bounce.  Lunch is provided by the facility one day a week.  Special activities such as pony rides, story tellers, and magicians are scheduled for different timesthroughout the summer. 

Who can come?

We welcome any child from eighteen months of age to one entering the first grade in September.

Who will be charged?

Activities will be lead by adult counselors with a variety of experience with children in school settings.

Where will camp be?

We will be taking advantage of the pool, playgrounds, and multi-purpose room located on the premises.

The camp is located on four acres of land and has been owned and operated by Patricia McNicholas-Thomas for over thiry years.

There will be swimming lessons available by the certified lifeguard, on duty at all times. 

What should I bring?

• A beach bag

• At least one change of clothing

• A bathing suit

• Sunscreen

• Aqua Shoes

• Daily lunch with ice pack (snacks provided)

Camp is open during the summer for 11 weeks.  You can comefor the whole summer or pick the weeks that fit your schedule.  The camp day runs from 8:30AM - 4PM daily.  Early drop off is at 7:30AM and after hoursextended daycare is available until 6PMat $5 per hour.
